Denise F. Talbot serves as the Life Care Coordinator at Weatherby & Associates, PC, where
she brings over two decades of experience in elder care and care management. Her role
centers on helping families navigate the challenges of aging, chronic illness, and long-term
care planning with compassion, clarity, and expertise.

Denise holds a Master of Arts in Human Development and Gerontology from St. Joseph University in West Hartford, Connecticut. She is nationally recognized as a Certified Care Manager by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, reflecting her deep knowledge and ethical commitment to care coordination.

As a an Advanced Professional Level member of the Aging Life Care Association (formerly the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers), Denise is part of a respected network of experts dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults and their families. She is also a Certified Dementia Professional and a Certified Dementia Engagement Specialist, uniquely qualified to support individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

In her role at Weatherby & Associates, PC, Denise not only provides compassionate care coordination but also serves as a dedicated advocate for clients—helping them access the health care and public benefits they need to live with dignity, security, and peace of mind.
